The project aimed to transform the old, unexciting Texas Instruments production facility into a lively area featuring new office space, retail outlets, conference facilities, additional parking, and apartments. Legacy Central is an 85-acre, technology-focused office and mixed-use campus offering a prime location, exceptional on-site amenities, and forward-thinking design set in a campus environment centered around engaging outdoor spaces. The campus includes an open “amenity area” that winds through the campus, along with plenty of grassy areas to sit outside. Incorporating elements of nature and art into the project is a way to modernize the corporate campus. The once dull and old TI production facility has been converted into an inviting and vibrant campus where people can live and work.

To carry out this redevelopment project, the architect selected Keim Concretal Pro for the parking garages and Keim Soldalit for the brick surfaces. Keim Soladlit transformed the dated off-white brick from the old TI buildings into a modern, sleek finish. Concretal Pro is ideal for newly constructed concrete, like parking garages.
