Keim is a manufacturing and distribution warehouse. We are open M—F, 7:30 AM—5:00 PM EST. Keim is closed on national holidays: Good Friday, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Eve and Day. Please see the closing dates posted on our Google business listing.
Our commercial customers have many options to purchase Keim paints. You may email your orders to your Keim sales representative or sales agent. You may also order directly at orders@keim.com for service within a few hours on weekdays. Or you may phone your orders to 866-906-5346 and dial extension 101. Select recurring customers may also send orders directly to Keim via our order portal.
Our website is a full-service e-commerce store where you can purchase our full range of residential products: https://residential.keim-usa.com/. To order products not available on the web store, email us at info@keim.com, and we’ll respond with a quote that includes taxes and freight within a few hours on weekdays.
No, our facility is a production and warehouse only. We accommodate will-call orders during normal weekday business hours for orders placed through normal channels. Webstore orders cannot be picked up. We have partnered with national retailers and regional retailers and distributors in the US and Canada. Please see those locations here.
Keim paints and stains are non-hazardous and are usually shipped via FedEx ground service unless expedited shipping is requested when you place the order. Orders of 50+ gallons are shipped via freight carrier, and you may request dock delivery or delivery with a lift-gate truck.
Keim paints are custom-crafted per order, so please allow 1—4 workdays for production, depending on the season, plus shipping time from Charlotte, NC. Some finished paints, clears and bagged stucco and mortar can ship within 24 hours. You may request an ETA when you place your order.
For commercial orders, Keim paints are sold FOB, Charlotte, NC. Your final sales quote, which you must approve, will include local taxes, if applicable, and freight. We will select the least expensive freight option unless you choose to expedite your order. For larger orders, you may phone us for a freight quote. 866-906-5346 and dial extension 101.
Please email info@Keim.com to request a warranty. You will receive a warranty application to return along with your order or invoice number. The warranty will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the warranty application.
Keim has factory representatives in key markets and certified sales agents in other markets. Please click here to find a representative in your area. We endeavor to meet the needs of our customers across the US and Canada, but there may be project locations we cannot visit. We will offer a virtual review of your project in those cases.
