In Morrisville, NC, the identical office buildings at 1800 and 2000 Perimeter Drive underwent a stunning transformation, completed in June 2024. Designed by Redline Design Group and executed by contractors from EDS – Exterior Diagnostics Services, aimed to revitalize the buildings’ curb appeal to boost occupancy rates. The owners sought to modernize the 20th-century aesthetic, opting for a striking black and white combination using Keim Restauro Stain in SWP Snowbound White and SWP Iron Ore. This choice proved highly successful, as the buildings’ updated look not only met but exceeded expectations, resulting in a significant improvement in occupancy.
