New construction in Hollywood, CA called for “building-sized” graphics to create a unique and quickly identifiable appearance for this upscale apartment complex. Murals were planned for most buildings, but completion was interrupted by Covid lockdowns. Only a portion of the original designs were executed by Old City Artists. Vivid colors and graphic designs highlight the murals. Installation to cast concrete in the garage where colorful pinwheels adorn the entrance to the parking garage along with directional signage. Precast concrete panels were also painted with a basecoat of Soldalit Sol Silicate Paint then finished with Soldalit and Granital colors.
